Booking and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. To ensure a seamless and transparent experience, please review our payment, cancellation, and security deposit policies below.

1. Booking Policy

To confirm and secure your reservation, the total amount will be split into two payments:

• First Payment (Booking Deposit): 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking.
• Second Payment (Remaining Balance): The remaining 50% will be automatically charged 14 days before your arrival date.

Note: Only the first payment is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically scheduled and charged at the specified time.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Rate: All payments made are final and non-refundable.
• In the event of a cancellation, any remaining amounts that have not yet been paid will not be charged.

3. Security Deposit

To cover any potential incidental damages during your stay, a mandatory security deposit is required:

• Amount: $250 USD.
• Method: Credit card pre-authorization.
• Timeline:
  • Hold Placement: The funds will be automatically pre-authorized 1 day before your arrival.
  • Release: The hold will be released 1 day after your departure, following a successful inspection of the property. It may take your bank 3–5 days to reflect the release of funds; please contact them directly.

Note: Alternative Method (In case of card failure): If for any reason the $250 USD pre-authorization cannot be successfully processed, we will contact you. In this event, a one-time payment of $260 USD ($250 for the security deposit + $10 for processing and service fees) must be made directly via ATH Móvil Business, Venmo, or PayPal. This payment must be completed before check-in time in order to activate the property's access codes.

4. Modifications and Cancellations

Please be reminded that our cancellation policy is strictly Non-Refundable. Consequently, no date changes or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy applies uniformly and immediately to all bookings, regardless of when they were made. It covers any personal or third-party disruptions that may affect your travel plans, including, but not limited to:

• Medical emergencies, hospitalizations, pregnancy, or bereavement.
• Work, educational, religious, or personal commitments.
• Cancellations or delays caused by airlines, travel agencies, car rental companies, or any other third-party provider.

Important Recommendation: To protect your investment against unforeseen events, we strongly encourage you to review the coverage options provided by your travel insurance, credit card insurance, medical insurance, car insurance, life insurance, accident insurance, etc.
